About Us

Established in 2023, we hope to expand throughout WA, and eventually wider Australia, to ensure access for rural and metro areas in the coming years. We are a psychology clinic that aims to provide psychological services in a modern way, whether through the use of technology or differing practices. Our goal is to branch out to other allied health professionals to take a truely holistic approach to caring for mental health and overall well-being. Our mission is to help everyone find their way to being their best self, including us as practitioners.

Meaning behind the name Nostos

The term Nostos is the central idea in the ancient greek writing "The Odyssey" to describe themes such as the homecoming of a hero, one's return to light and life, the accruement of honour and glory, and the building up of a hero's character. It is our aim to embody this term and help our clients find their way and be their own hero.

The lighthouse is representative of a beacon that helps guide boats into the safety of the harbour, or at least avoid the dangerous cliff and rocky shore. As psychologists, we strive to be that beacon and guide our clients to find their way to a better tomorrow.
