After contacting the clinic or receiving a referral, a psychologist will contact you to complete an initial consultation. This will help the psychologist inform their next steps.

Session 1
This session will involve a detailed developmental interview with the parents, and/or caregivers. Behavioural psychometric screeners will be administered

Cost of session: $300
Session 2
The cognitive assessment will be administered
2 hours are required for the cognitive assessment.
Cost of session: $600
Session 3
The academic achievemnt assessment will be administered. This will include Maths, Reading, & Writing. Mental health psychometric screeners will be administered
2 hours are required for this assessment.
Cost of session: $800
Session 4
The Phonological Awareness Assessment will be administered.
1 hour is required for this assessment.
Cost of session: $300
Session 5
A report will be provided and discussed with the parents/caregivers/client.
Additional reports are provided for free.
Digital copies are provided.

One-day assessments are available for this service
(This is required for rural assessments) + Travel fee
Cognitive, Achievement Testing, Phonological Testing & Interview - (approx. 7 hours + 1 hour ) = $1800 + $200 (report discussion)
The $1800 must be paid before or immediately following the session.​
