You or your GP can book this consultation if you are seeking our services through Southern Star Medical.

Pre-Session
A brief developmental questionnaire is sent to the parents, caregivers or client.

Session 1
The cognitive assessment will be administered
2 hours are required for the cognitive assessment
Cost of session: $600
Session 2
A report will be provided and discussed with the parents/caregivers/client.
Additional reports are provided for free.
Digital copies are provided.
Cost of session: $400

Cognitive & Interview - (approx. 3 hours discussion + 1 hour ) = $800
